FRIENDS OF PRESTON PARK
The Friends of Preston Park are always welcome guests at the ROTUNDA. As a community of Preston Park users, they run a variety of projects and campaigns to preserve the park's beauty and diversity for generations to come. A hardworking team of volunteers look after the roses in the rose garden outside our door and all the other plants and trees in the rest of the park. They run walks and workshops in the park and adjacent gardens, such as the Rockery. Find all the information and the opportunity to join the volunteer team on their website.
pRESTON PARK TENNIS COURTS
There is no better place for a tennis match with friends and family than the tennis courts in Preston Park. And it is made so easy to get active there. Simply book one of the courts via the app, get the code for entry and you're done. The courts are in the middle of the park, less than 2 minutes walk from the ROTUNDA (just seconds if you want to warm up a bit before the game), with good parking facilities and you can just come to the ROTUNDA for a coffee afterwards (or before). In addition to court bookings, the team at Preston Park Tennis Courts also offer coaching for young and old, in drop-in groups and individual training. Check out their website.
